The School of Humanities and Social Sciences is governed by a) the Dean and b) the Dean’s Office.

The Dean’s Office consists of the Dean, the Heads of the 6 Departments of the School, one (1) representative of the members of the Special Educational Staff, one (1) representative of the members of the Laboratory Teaching Staff, one (1) representative of the members of the Special Technical Laboratory Staff, and a representative of the undergraduate and postgraduate students of the School’s Departments.

The time and method of election of the above bodies are determined by the applicable legislation (Law 4957/2022).
